ABOUT US
After received my biomedical informatics degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), I worked at the sequencing core at IU School of Medicine, where I analyzed hundreds of sequencing samples. Even though with the high throughput technology, FASTQ sequencing files can be generated in a short period, researchers are still struggling with how to mine, troubleshoot, and visualize the data, these reasons make me start Sequencing Master, a group for scientific computing applications.
